Chapel – 6/8/20

Lessons from Reading to my Kids
Contributed by: Mr. Kyle DeWees

Greetings Charger Nation!
I miss you all! Thanks for the opportunity to share a Chapel message with you.

I may have mentioned this to you all before, but I enjoy reading to our kids. Recently, I was reading a bedtime story to Beckett and Avery (they say hi).

This particular night we were reading from the Jesus Storybook Bible. The message from the story really jumped out to me on that day. Specifically, one single line from the text stood out to me: “Did you forget who I AM?”

In the link below, I read the story just as I would read it to our kids. And, I brought along a friend to talk a little about the lessons we can learn from Jesus’ in this story.

Have a great Summer everyone.
