Chapel – 3/30/20

I hope you are all staying healthy and hopeful. It is the first official day of our Spring Break, and while your workload should be winding down it does seem like an important time to stay connected to our Savior. Here is a chapel put together by Pastor Stahl.

  1. Okay, we’ve all heard it over and over again: You need to read and study the Bible. But how do we do that? Check out this video:

2.  Pray:

Lord God, I confess that I do spend as much time in Your Word as I should. I spend more time investing in doing things that don’t actually help my faith walk. Forgive me.

Place in me a burning desire to read and study Your Word. Connect me with others who will also read and study with me. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path… but only if I actually know it!

Thank You that I can be confident that Your Word is true, has not changed over the years, and all points ultimately to one thing: Your love poured out for me in Jesus. This is the most important thing, and in the end, the only thing that really matters. In His name, Amen

4.  Go here to post what you’re currently reading in your Bible, and what your thoughts are about it: https://padlet.com/mstahl16/1nuxtontfnoc

Blessings on your day!
