Attention Students:

  • ATTENTION Class of 2022 parents and students! We will be moving tomorrow evening’s Financial Aid Night presentation to a virtual format on Google Meet. Please follow the link sent from Mrs. Mueller to join us from 7:30 – 8:30 pm. We will be talking with a local Financial Aid expert about the FAFSA, grants from the State of MI, and local scholarship opportunities.
  • Please note: The deadline for AP Registration Forms has been extended. However, please return them to Mrs. Miller when classes resume.

  • Find out what the VLHS Global Awareness Club is up to! You are welcome to join the Google Classroom for the GA Club so you see announcements, projects, and special events. The code is: ssg4dzo
  • Students, Parents and other adults are also welcome to join us in the MARCH for Life on January 21, 2022! Please give your $25 deposit to Mrs. Kelsey in the office by Tuesday, October 12th, (note the new deadline date) to reserve your spot on the bus. Space is limited, so reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. Please see Mrs. Winter and Mrs. Urbytes for more information.
  • Picture retakes (if you didn’t get your picture taken or have a problem with your order) will be Friday, October 15th, during lunch hours. These are used for your school ID as well, so even if you are not purchasing pictures, please have your picture taken.
  • Saginaw GNC currently has a part time position available for a local high school student who is interested in the health field, or has a love for athletics. This is a great opportunity to gain a little work experience and build your resume. The application process does require that you present a resume and come in for an in person interview. Applicants do not require any previous experience or knowledge (we supply them with training on basic anatomy, nutrition, and more in depth information on supplement use and manufacturing), and is 2-3 work days a week on average.

  • Come spend a day at the VLHS Parent Organization’s Holiday Bazaar, Cookie Walk and Luncheon on Saturday. November 13th, from 9am-3:00pm! Lunch is served from 11am-1pm.
