Attention Students:
- October 14th is State Testing Day. All students will be participating in free testing (SAT or PAT) provided by the state. Students need to be at school by 7:50 am in order to check into their assigned rooms. Career center students have been excused at their center to participate in our testing. Please bring calculators and #2 non-mechanical pencils. Students are dismissed from school at the conclusion of their testing. If they need to wait for a ride, the RC will be open for them to take a lunch break or work on homework. Check Google Classroom for their “Class Of” page for the information on testing and the time frame. Lunch will not be served that day, however students may bring water and a snack for any breaks during testing.
- Would you like to learn how to grow food, market it, advertise it and sell it? ValleyBio (name subject to change) is a new extracurricular activity in which students will put what they have learned in science classes into practice, while also learning business and communications skills. We will have an introductory meeting after testing on Wednesday in room 208 at 12:15PM for 9th-11th graders, and 1:15PM for 12th graders. Come and see what it’s all about!
