November 17, 2020 – Parent Newsletter

Valley’s Golden Voice Choir was joined by the faculty and staff to record “I AM Forever WHO I AM” by Kurt von Kampen and Richard Wiegmann. The lyrics of the song remind us that our foundation lies in our unchanging God.

Valley Lutheran students will once again be collecting items to fill shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. The packing party will take place on November 20th.

October 12, 2020 – Parent Newsletter

As an alternate Service Day activity this fall, Valley Lutheran students participated in a Play With Your Food competition. Each family group collected non-perishable food in order to create a sculpture to fit the theme of “Around the World,” with all of the building materials to then be donated to local food banks. Mrs. Doyle’s family group won the Grand Prize with their creation of the Titanic!
