Attention Students:

  • Golden Voice auditions will be held Monday and Tuesday, June 3rd and 4th. You did not have to be in Mixed Chorus to audition. Sign up sheets are outside the music room door and tryout information is available on the music stand by the door. See Mr. Eschmann if you have any questions or need an alternate time. With a smaller group this year, there are more spots to fill!
  • Come support the France Mission Trip Fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday, June 5th, at the Tittabawassee Road Location. Stop in the office for a flyer!
  • What are your summer plans? Attending a camp? Working a summer job? Going on an interesting trip or mission trip? The communication people at Valley would love to hear about it – we’re looking for students to possibly feature on our Instagram and Facebook over the summer.   • If you have any sports uniforms or outstanding books, please return them before June 6th to avoid any fees.
  • Thursday school will be held in the Computer Lab.
  • All boys basketball players planning on playing summer basketball this year, your signup sheets and money are due in coach Erdman’s mailbox by Friday May 31st . Also, please remember to turn in your sign up sheets to help with the basketball clinic and please make sure you have signed up to help at the Greek Fest. One more reminder. Make sure you have joined the SUMMER BASKETBALL remind group, it is very important that you have done this. GO CHARGERS!!
  • Any girls interested in playing golf next year should meet in the gym Friday the 31st during meeting time. New and inexperienced players welcome!
  • There will be a Cross Country meeting on Monday, June 3, during meeting time in Room 102 (Mrs. Brenner’s room) for those interested in XC in the fall.
  • Zauel Library is looking for volunteers! Volunteers help library users sign up for Summer Reading and hand out prizes, and work in 2 hour blocks. For more information, see the flyers on the bulletin boards, call 989-799-2771, or contact www.saginawlibrary.org.
  • Drivers Training Segment 1 will be held at VLHS June 10-June 25 from 9am-11am. Contact https://www.mrrsaplus.com/ for more information.
  • 4-H Spartan Coding Camp is a 5-day residential camp that brings high-school aged youth to the campus of MSU to develop valuable coding skills through hands-on learning. 4-H Spartan Coding Camp: July 7-11, 2019. Explore the exciting field of computer coding at MSU Extension’s newest premier pre-college program! Whether you have prior computer coding knowledge, or have never even thought about it, you will gain valuable coding skills at this fun STEM summer camp.
